Refund Policy

Because we provide digital and personalized products/services, our refund rules depend on the type of purchase and whether work has started.
1. Personalized Meal Plan / Personalized Workout Plan (one-time)
These products are personalized based on your questionnaire and are created specifically for you.
Refunds before personalization starts
If you request a refund before you submit the questionnaire (or before we begin working on your plan), we may issue a refund.
No refunds after personalization starts
Once you submit your questionnaire and we begin creating your personalized plan, refunds are not available, because the service is customized and time has been invested.
Issues with delivery
If you do not receive your plan within the stated timeframe after submitting your questionnaire (excluding delays caused by missing information), contact us and we will resolve it.
2. Online Coaching (monthly subscription)
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period, and the subscription will not renew.
Refunds
Monthly coaching fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, because coaching time/support is reserved and delivered continuously.
3. Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please contact us first at chiseledgentlemen@gmail.com. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in restricted access to services.
