After purchase, you will receive instructions and/or a questionnaire link. You are responsible for providing accurate information. Delivery timeframes (e.g., “48 hours”) start after we receive your completed questionnaire and any required information.

For monthly coaching, communication methods and check-in frequency may be defined on the product page or agreed upon after onboarding. We may set boundaries on response times and availability to ensure a sustainable coaching process.

6. Pricing and payments

All prices are displayed in EUR unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. Subscription billing (coaching) renews automatically until canceled.

All materials provided (plans, documents, templates, videos, messages) are owned by Chiseledgentlemen and are for personal use only. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or share our materials without written permission.
